The panties are sculpted onto the doll and
faux-painted as leopard skin.  The shoes are also painted.

Her hair is made from wool and acrylic knitting yarn
in a black and black/gray blends of  yarn.

The doll mold creates the eyes, so you don't need to 
purchase any or insert any acrylic or glass eyes.

You merely paint the eyes.
